• JOB MENTORING ( pre-employment skill development) for individuals desiring to work with individuals with developmental disabilties.
• 276 HOUR Job Mentoring Skills Training  (3 hour sessions / 9 hours per week for up to 6 months)
• Pre-Employment Skills Training is for those serious individuals desiring to become Direct Support Worker Professionals who will learn to provide supportive care for individuals with disabilities.
• Youth Must be 13 – 18 years of age.
• Additionally, Job mentoring in clerical and administrative work is available for those persons who desire clerical skills training.
• Participation is during a regular school term or summer school term.
• Hours may vary and be flexible when you are training in association with other school training programs such as Alu Like, Workforce Development, DVR or others.
• PKF, Inc does not pay a wage nor a stipend for job mentoring opportunities, however, your assisting program may pay out a stipend according to their plan.
• Transportation is your responsibility through self or school programs.
• Certificate of participation.
